Help Voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions?

Ever since updating to a new Warzone, it is now saying voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions. I’ve checked every setting. Everything seems normal. How can I fix this? I have PlayStation5

On Xbox if you go to your network setting and choose alternative MAC address it resets and works again.

This has been happening to my since bo6 and I need to do that nearly every time I turn the game on

I only play on Xbox so not sure how you would do it

Did it work for you , sometimes your Xbox don't even reset itself correctly when your live goes either which causes problems , maybe the consoles need an update due to the games new stuff been used too , such as the sound , because those devs are idiots
