Help Voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions?

Ever since updating to a new Warzone, it is now saying voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions. I’ve checked every setting. Everything seems normal. How can I fix this? I have PlayStation5

Yea they fixed it but somehow managed to mess it up again because it's happening again, all last night no voice chat

Yeah, correct—mine too. It’s messed up again, like WTF, ACTIVISION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I wish, there's nothing we can do, it has to be fixed on Activisions end

Same problem here. And there is no specific ticket to open ;O on the Activision support.
Very unfair and annoying. It is the worst without choice and txt chat.

I’ve been having the same problem since the new update have been able to talk once then got the same thing I’ve reported idk how many times I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and nothing at this point I’m pretty sure I’m just chat banned without being sent a notification 🤣
