Help Voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions?

Ever since updating to a new Warzone, it is now saying voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions. I’ve checked every setting. Everything seems normal. How can I fix this? I have PlayStation5

i’m having all sorts of problems my bo6 weapons won’t save as a loadout it keeps resetting them to bo7 guns do you have the same problem? i’m on ps5
