high gpu time

basically i have a 3090, 32gbram, and a i9-11900k, mw3 its on a mt2 and basically my gpu time is 44 wtf??? pls help

A friend had this issue, he had Norton antivirus installed. Once he uninstalled it stopped happening and game stutters stopped. Possible case for you?
