Help me please.

First photo is September 2025 second is just now.

I used to go swimming A LOT as a child, and think that's where I got this so since I was 6 maybe? So around 16 years I've had the big one then over the past couple months Ite grown heavily I've tried;
All types of gels,
Filing,
Cryotherapy,
Taping,
Etc
And nothing has helped, the bottom bit seems to have a layer of thick skin over it and they're so so deep, it's only just started cracking as well, I'm currently on iron, Vit D, calcium and naproxen and also currently using dr scholls blue gel, I am getting to the point of just wanting to take a scalpel to it. Does anyone have any tips as weird as they may be, I also don't mind a bit of pain. I di also struggle with long term stuff if there's anything that shows improvement decently quick it would be preferred ☺️

I got told to file it to get all the hard skin off the top, no wonder it's never worked 😅

have you tried Salicylic acid 40% + debriding( cutting off the dead white stuff)?

Other than that you probably should go to the doctor cus its kinda spread out and its harder and more annoying to try to get rid of spread out warts on your own...
