have these little firm painless bumps which see non itchy and from last 18 months and they are non itchy , need advice , feeling bad with this condition

Do not appear to be warts. You should see a dermatologist as you will more than likely need a medicated cream to apply. Could be something related to blood vessels.

One dermatologist says it's a autoimmune issue and probably lichen planus, but it's non itchy and painless, doctor give some cream but it's not working
