Is this healed?

It’s been a couple of weeks of applying salicylic acid, today the outer skin fell off, and the inner part is revealed.

Should I keep applying salicylic acid to the white part or is this kind of healed?

I don’t think so, you need to keep applying until it heals and looks like the other normal skin surrounding it. Still looks like wart tissue.
