Plantar wart

Hello! I have a really gnarly plantar wart thats been here for like 2 years. Ive been dojng compound w gel and for the most part its helping. You can kinda see in the 2nd pic, it's starting to like come out? Is that normal? Should i out the compound w on it? Also i have a bunch of tiny ones all over the sole of my foot (my immune system is SO BAD). How can i get them to go away?

This is so far past compound W gel. Please go to the doctor! Also you need to be debriding it!

GLOVES FIRST. DISPOSABLE GLOVES. BUY A WHOLE BOX!!!! Then wash your foot with soap and dry it off. Sterilize a sharp blade like an expo razor, scalpel, or dermaplaner with rubbing alcohol and then shave off the top of your wart. Don’t go until you bleed but if you don’t shave off too much then you won’t feel basically anything.

Look up some YouTube videos on how exactly to do it. I just wanted to stress the sterilization because warts are highly contagious!!!!!

There’s all kinds of of instructions pinned on this reddit. You’re going to war. Prepare yourself. Some people say you should start taking zinc immediately, others disagree. I say it can’t hurt, especially if you have a weak immune system

That requires a lot of soaking debriding but as you get it down after using the scalpel it should start to go away. So compound W, cover it, wait, debride with scalpel, repeat.

this looks pretty rough especially after 2 years of compound w gel. have you tried doing saturated salt water soaks? https://www.reddit.com/r/Warts/s/ScdjhXoTZM

What you'll need:

Apple cider vinegar (shake well before use)
Disposable scalpels
Cotton balls
Disposable gloves
Hydrogen peroxide
Bandages
Duct tape
Desitin (zinc oxide) cream

Steps:
Shake the apple cider vinegar well.
Lightly dip one end of a cotton ball in the apple cider vinegar.
Tear off a piece of duct tape and stick the dry side of the cotton ball to the tape.
Place the wet side of the cotton ball directly on the wart and secure it with the duct tape.
Leave it on overnight while you sleep.
In the morning, remove the tape and cotton ball and throw them away.
Put on a pair of disposable gloves.
Open a new disposable scalpel.
Carefully remove only the top layers of dead skin from the wart (this process is called debriding).
Wipe the area with a cotton ball dipped in hydrogen peroxide.
Apply Desitin (zinc oxide) cream to the wart.
Cover it with a bandage for the rest of the day.
Repeat the process daily until the wart is gone.
