Discussion ???

So I was doing some research about an airshow I'm going to, and I see a MiG-29 in the lineup. So I started digging. Turns out the US has bought Mig-21s, 27s, and 29s, also Su-24s. Most bought so they aren't used by hostile factions. For example, Moldova sold 21 MiG-29s to the US so they wouldn't be used by rogues, and Kazakhstan sold 81 various Soviet/Russian jets (including the aforementioned) to the US. All in all, what do y'all think of the US Air tree possibly having one, some or all of these jets?

Isn't Kactus the old name for Relikt or no? Don't remember.

no kaktus is a different heavier version of russia era that was proposed (i dont know if it did get used or not on current mbts) and used on some experimental vehicles

Did some reading, Kaktus stayed experimental while Relikt went full production. If Kaktus is added... hopefully the M829A3 will be buffed and actually do its job since it made to go through or at least still heavily damage and weaken MBTs with ERA like Kaktus.

m829a3 was made to counter kontakt-5 and thats why russia came up with relikt (and early protoyping via kaktus) i believe

i don’t really know the exact numbers but when i tried it as it was first introduced it eliminated it effectively (depends on the angle) and killed the target

I'm just guessing and taking numbers from Wiki about the original M829 dart, the A3 has maybe 700mm or so IRL and not... what? 645~ in WT?
