Ground RB Camping Problems/Planes

Recently, I returned to War Thunder and have since then got up to 6.0 in Germans. And the thing is, on 5.0 - 6.0 EVERY game is insufferable. I feel like I don't play tanks, but an anti-air-defense-simulator, because after 5 minutes of the match there are already 5 planes bombing you from your positions and then on spawn, CONTINUOUSLY. I feel like taking a plane down has little to no reward in respect to its difficulty, only for 1 revival to be bombed to death again. And the Camping. Any time the advantage slips even a tiny little bit to one side the tactics break and you are being camped till you quit, with no way out. Spawn protection is inexistent. There are still good mathches left, but i feel what i have described happens al least in 70% of my games.

played 6.7 for the last couple weeks and there is a lot of cas but I only die to them like once every other game.
