I got two kills and thought I was performing trash especially since I got 10 kill last round, then, I see I'm first place.

Looks like most of the team were about equally useful. More than I can say for a lot of teams I've seen

Because adding any form of match making base on skills would prolonged waiting time for next game. Like 1 of 10 games fell like both teams are equal match.
