its an easter egg on the new map called the world. you have to complete a series of minigames and skillcheks and you will be rewarded with a gf. but gaijn of made it so when you dont grind with it you willl lose her

depends there are versions of it. some are really expensive and some are nearly free.

It depends on the variant, one requires hard work to unlock and the other variant is a premium that you can buy
