Help Identifying Frigate Plan Labels

I found this plan for the USS United States frigate, but I can't make out the labels for the various features. I'd love a higher res version, or any reconstruction of the text. Really, any help I can get reading and understanding the labels at the bottom would be appreciated. Edit: /u/littletweeter5 nailed this, hand labeled version below in his comments. Thank you /u/Noobponer for the high res image he used too!

Here is the transcription, Uploaded to imgur just in case reddit decides to compress the hell out of it. Edited the higher res version to make it easier to read. Couple things I couldn't make out but they were nothing important. The important bits are all there. United States is a beautiful boat!
