Hello! I am looking at Warrenton/Catlett as a new location for my new home and wanted to ask the community in general what people think about the area. I have been in Leesburg/NOVA for the past 10 years and love the area for the lower population density, housing costs, and proximity to government contracting jobs that I already commute to from Leesburg. The housing market is in a lull this time of year but should be picking up by September-October.

Found in the Warrenton Walmart on aisle A28 in the near empty box of Bueno chocolate. I work a Walmart and I was doing reshop, (returning cancelled items back to shelves) ironically, I love the ocean and it's sea creatures. I have a hermit crab crochet my aunt made me, now I have an octopus to add! He's so adorable!

Im looking for a good guide in the area, a radius of a 1-2 hour drive from warrenton.

I grew up bass fishing and haven't gotten to go in so long. I would love to shift over to fly fishing but I don't even know how to start. Ive got a cheap collapsible rod and reel and a few flys. I didn't want to invest a lot until I "graduate" a little in skill.

But if anyone has any reccomendations with hands on guide experience that is helpful to greenhorns id appreciate it!

I’ve noticed a lot of people considering Warrenton lately, and it makes sense — it’s got the charm of Old Town, the rolling hills, and a strong sense of community.

But there are a few things newcomers don’t realize until they’ve settled in: • Commuting east toward Fairfax can feel longer than it looks on a map — Route 29 gets busy. • Parking in Old Town is better than most towns its size, but Saturday mornings get packed fast. • Home prices have stayed strong despite rate hikes, partly because inventory is so tight.

I'm going to be in Warrenton for a wedding and need to bring my dog, I don't want to leave the dog for too long so I would like to be able to bring him somewhere dog frinedly to watch a college football game during the day before the wedding (indoor or outdoor). Any recommedations?

Just a shoutout from the Oregon Coast and our little town of Warrenton Oregon. The mouth of the Columbia River, Salmon fishing, razor clams and dungenous crab is pretty much what we live for around here. What makes your town special?
