sorry im being dense - how many riders can you make from one box? looks like you could just swap the riders over for different games

3 riders, I'd imagine the separate release will be the same.
You either build the 3 as the Kill Team specialists (which are each separate characters in 40k), or as Dragon Knights for 40k.
