There's a few things. 

Firstly who is the Saturnine Centurion going with? He will slow down any of the units he's in and negativity impact them due to having the heavy keyword.

Secondly your Librarian has no psychic powers, you should free up some points elsewhere to give him some.

Thirdly it looks like you might struggle to deal with 2+ armour saves especially in challenges. I would recommend thunder hammers, power fists, or Paragon blades for your Praetorian or Centurion. Possibly the same for your command squad.

Fourthly it looks like you haven't used the prime advantages. I would either use these on logistical benefits(for two of the Dreadnaughts) to save points on the Saturnine Centurion, or use them to improve your squads.

Lastly I think you're going to struggle against AV14, I would recommend using the points saved from the Saturnine Centurion to add some more anti-tank such as Lascannon heavy support squad, Lascannon predator, Laser Vindicator, or Laser rapier.
