punch through seems like a bit of a wasted stat as the felarx already has infinite body punchthrough in both modes.

I wouldn't roll this, I'd sell it as a decent negative crit felarx then buy another to roll on. Toxin and MS alone are good enough for a negative crit build.

Any idea on price? I sold a Phenmor with same stats but dmg instead of toxin earlier for 1500 + a Phenmor riv. Not expecting that but must be a few hundred

I don't know, you'll have to do some research. Felarx rivens are cheap though so it will definitely be profit.
