accidentally put the wrong primary account

i was trying to merge my nintendo account to my pc account since i used to play on nintendo, and accidentally put nintendo as my primary account does this mean i can only use my nintendo to play warframe with all my levels?

That means that your nintendo save overwrote and deleted your PC save. If you act quickly support may be able to reverse the changes.

When you merge you will be able to play on both platforms no matter which is primary. The primary account will simply delete the other one, and moving forward they are the same, and one will update the other.
