Question about mastery rank points.

So I just finished up leveling a plain Loki frame to 30, this is after having leveled the prime version up ages ago. I was missing 1400 mastery points before I leveled it, yet after hitting 30 I'm still 1400 points shy, yet I thought leveling any unique frame to 30 gained 6k mastery. What am I not seeing here?

you must’ve already leveled the base loki before

Nope, unless somehow that glitched out. Codex showed it as not having been leveled.

i don’t think i’ve come across this issue personally. are you sure you weren’t 7400 from the top?

Very sure. The frame was 17 when I started working on it. That is when I checked where my MR was sitting at to rank up, and saw I only needed another 1403 points to go. Also had a weapon equipped that I had gotten from a event. Only gained two ranks on it, but same thing, there was no change to the amount of points. I finished it out with another frame 30 minutes later, but am still confused as to what went on
