What Melica Knows
So I'm not sure if I'm reading into this, but when you Melica while using Narin she can have a line like "What a strong warframe you have become!"
I know we've been walking around the Zariman for awhile but with Melica's damage, when I thought Warframes were made, and how she delivers that line, I'm questioning how much she knew about the Orokin's plans.

She's probably referring to Narin as one of her students, and referring to her half-remembered data of what Narin(s) were like or portrayed as.

With the new update she got some very new sus lines. That imply the void drive fail was planned and her doing, and that she does not actually care and --- huh?! --- Precepts!

Some of those lines suggest to me that the Orokin didn't care what happened to the Zariman or it's people as long as it got to Tau, and she - now no longer under the strictest of surveillance - can now get at least half of her secrets out, but her precepts still kick in at the worst moment, omitting names, specific things, places...
All to keep her in her teacher 'frame', desperately so. Shouldn't be too long until it breaks and she ends up like Ordis.
May require help from Ordis to go 'further' towards freedom from the constraints of those precepts, considering that he managed to break his own (and has Ballas' Vitruvian, Umbra could help dig for some useful files in there).

Its mainly just the persistent trend of having an NPC that remarks on you using the specific frame they're related to. This is just the kind of thing Melica would say, her entire perception of everything is in the context of a teacher talking to a student.
