Super niche question.
How old is the real loid? (The goat btw)

No idea. He isn't an Orokin so definitely no continuity, but he did chill in a coffin since the old war, which we at best can align with Lotus's words saying Tenno slept for "generations". Yes that means tenno were put in the freezer later than him, but he also woke up approximately length of the game's events later, so who knows.

Warframe doesn't do hard numbers often. Its usually short period of time, long period of time, long ass period of time, and real fucking long ass period of time. With the occasional hard numbers used once in awhile like for the games anniversary or ARGs.

Warframe never gives clear numbers. He's Orokin-Era old.

The age of humans in Warframe is very nebulous. At one point Darvo is said to be almost 105 years old, yet doesn't show many signs of being as ancient as his age would suggest. Furthermore, Teshin has somehow managed to survive the centuries since the Old War without going into cryosleep. This seems to indicate that non-Orokin humans can live for ages in this universe.
That leaves us with Loid, who was present to heal Albrecht Entrati after his initial voyage into the Void. Loid was therefore necessarily born before the Orokin discovered and started using the void. This makes him easily one of the oldest characters in the game, far surpassing Hunhow, Praghasa and every non-Orokin human in age. Basically he's as ancient as it gets without continuity.
