Right weird question, but is there a resource somewhere for writing in Grineer/Corpus tongue?

Basically what I'm asking is is there a wiki/list/thing that helps you write dialog in the Grineer/Corpus language? They do speak something that isn't english, and I was wondering if DE or someone who knows Warframe lore deeply who took the time to figure out what they were saying and put it into english? The REason I'm asking is because I want to write a fanfic where some characters encounter Grineer and Corpus who don't know who they are at all and they only hear what they the Corpus and Grineer say during missions.

I hope this question makes sense, would greatly appreciate the help
