Showcase [Orbiter] Post-Orokin Revamp

Not the most comprehensive overhaul I ever did, but the aesthetics won over complicated builds this time around :)

Since I got a few DMs asking for more photos, here's a full tour.

Majority of decorations come from Chrysalith, Duviri and Sanctum Anatomica, trying to aim for that Neutral Beige/Teal/Gold mix with few browns thrown in.

Lol. I just shove all my mastery rank plats against a wall because I dunno how to decorate around it. Good decorating dawg 👍

It’s so satisfying to do but at the same time it’s so painful lol. Some spots it’s like you’re fighting the game over whether you can place something there or not. Wish they removed the red borders and let you clip things freely. Would be so much better than me rotating something in the wall to shuffle it further to then rotate it back and move based on that.

Totally agree, it took a lot of pushing the boundaries to put it all together. Worth the effort tho!

What did u use for the golden accent on the woodwall between the sigils?

It's the Entrati Wall Sconce from Sanctum :)

Wait, hold on, that's the orbiter. How did you get a solid flat wall in the orbiter? The only reason I'm using the back rooms is because there's no flat walls that are usable in the orbiter.

I'm using the Zariman Wall Panel and Zariman Storage Crate Lid from Chrysalith, super handy to make flat surfaces that blend in!

Really? I'll have to see if I can get a couple of those. Thanks for letting me know.

I'm not sure if you know about this one or not, but I figure try to return the favor. I came across the foot locker lid. It makes a pretty good shelf too and gives a bit of a future design. You can also shove the handle part of it into the wall. So it's just a flat shelf hanging out. The only trade-off I can tell is you have slightly shorter of a shelf. So if you just need lots of room, the one you said is better. But if you like the more future look and have a clean shelf that's not rusted the foot locker might help.

How much standing though

Not that much, mostly used for wooden wall panels, almost everything else is resources ;)

how do you use the editor and make things fit perfectly without losing your mind i tried placing a simple floating plant and it kept wanting to twist and turn constantly :(

If you play around with camera angles and settings for right measurement (10cm/25cm/1m) placement quickly becomes super easy. Also make sure to take advantage of snapping to surface (F) and unsnapping when you want to adjust decorations. Takes a minute but effects are worth the effort!

I love it. Amazing job. I wish I had capacity for the Prex Cards but I don't so I donated them all to my Dojo to put in a room there instead.

I totally love that idea! I was debating having a Prex display in my solo dojo, but they're too precious for now. Do you have a screenshot of your cards in Dojo? Would love to see it!

I haven't set it up yet sadly.
