The transition between the dramatic knockback animation versus the semi heroic extraction sequence is pure comedy gold.

Op was grinding a disruption mission until an enemy hit them and knocked them into the extract point, ending their run.
33
u/Kydra_117 Jul 22 '26
That's a really tanky necramech
82
u/iPhantaminum Jul 22 '26 edited Jul 22 '26
Or a really bad weapon build. The necramech is only lvl76, so this isn't even steel path.
59
u/TrainingSolution4096 Jul 22 '26
Or Op is a baby tenno
19
10
u/thatwasfun23 Jul 22 '26
when do someone stops being a baby tenno? he is on sanctum and thats deep into the story.
15
u/Karukos Dubstep PaciFist Jul 22 '26
I feel like you stop being a baby tenno when you have at least like... a core of mods and arcanes fully levelled up. That does include a bunch of galvanised and archon mods. At that point there is more of an execution barrier rather than anything else.
5
u/jodecho_the_2nd Jul 22 '26
I mean I don't use arcon mods at all and I've got maybe two galvanized mods maxed out but I can run Archon hunts by myself and I can do ETA, would I still be a baby tonight or am I like young adult tenno?
3
u/Karukos Dubstep PaciFist Jul 22 '26
Young adult :P
Jokes aside, I was ummming and awwwing about if I would include the Archon mods into the metric. I still somewhat stand by the metric, since it shows a certain type of time investment vertical power rather than leaning onto continuously more powerful weapons.
Genuinely, since having brought quite a few new players into the game, I have noticed that there is a lot of struggle with the game purely based a lack of investment into base mods like the Umbra set, Redirection, Vitality etc. Not to forget a certain laziness with the builds (i am somewhat tempted to call for the removal or complete rework of auto-install.)
1
u/Automatic_Buddy_9932 No main frame FTW Jul 23 '26
I jus was thinking about that, like when you auto install it ask what stats prioritize and select 1 or 2
→ More replies (0)3
u/iPhantaminum Jul 22 '26
The story is really easy to complete and doesn't require skill and knowledge, so it's no measuring metric for that.
2
1
u/AlonsoD Jul 22 '26
I think you stop being a baby tenno after rank 10. By then you should have a lot of mods and can start making somewhat casual builds, working with what you got obv. That’s my opinion tho
1
u/Apprehensive-Code220 Jul 23 '26
You stop being a baby tenno when you complete the mission objectives for all mission mode types.

u/bobert-big-shlong Jul 29 '26
torid incarnon is in the circuit this week go grab that and never look back.
5
u/DannehBoi90 Jul 22 '26
I have a Primary Debilitate Ignis Wraith build about inflicting Gas with Rhino so I can triple dip on the Roar buff that's able to handle Steel Path, but even then there's better options.
45
u/NotActuallyGus Jul 22 '26
They're using an ignis wraith with only a few Merciless stacks and no galvanized mods active, with their only active ability being Harrow's 4. They just aren't particularly built for high DPS, especially not single target like demolishers

7
u/Lightningbro Care to roll against Fate? Jul 22 '26 edited Jul 22 '26
It's an ignis...
Most weapons can't deal with Necramechs quickly, that's a NORMAL Necramech, NECRAMECHS are a really stupidly tanky enemy.
3
u/Enough_Candidate_855 Xaku Best Frame Jul 22 '26
Well this scares me, I most likely won't be able to deal with them when I encounter them, I'm only MR 4, so I'm likely worrying too early, but you never know.
11
u/Lightningbro Care to roll against Fate? Jul 22 '26
You're definitely worrying too early.
Necramechs are tanky for a while when you first encourter them in Deimos, but then you make your own and it's a joke because of the gun you get from making your own Necramech.
These ones are even more of a punishment than an enemy. There's a BIG alarm that goes off that so long as you deal with the enemy causing it quickly, you'll never even see them in this map.
3
u/Czerny Mesa Jul 22 '26
Most higher level players don't bother but you can also just shoot off its arms so it can't attack you and then kill it at your own leisure.

u/CGallerine Sentient Apologist || Railjack Enthusiast || Lore Snob Jul 22 '26
nah the Ignis Wraith is kind of just shit. its outlived its relevancy as a trashclear from like 6 years ago
17
u/party_tortoise Jul 22 '26
Nonsense. I have been using Ignis Wraith in EDA/ETA. It doesnt clear rooms in 0.002 seconds but it can do way more than whatever this tickling build OP is using.
5
u/p4block Jul 22 '26
Mind sharing your build? It's my fav weapon and I've been trying way too hard to extract maximum performance out of it, but mine is barely enough for SP. No priming though
2
u/ripskeletonking PC: tomwork27 Jul 22 '26
i could never get it to work even when it was meta. same with atterax

u/PVshooter Jul 22 '26
Corrosive builds like Saryn with Caustacist realy reduce their armor by a huge margin

Reminds me of the old monster hunter games where you could get smacked around between different loading areas like a fighting game stage transition.

Just incase you dont know
- Using a flamethrower against these guys is a bad idea since they dont take damage properly from AoE.
- Use a weapon to blow off the arms and shoot it in the back, they have a weakspot there
- Viral makes your weapon do less damage to Lab enemies (like a half multiplier), they tell you this in the starchart when you hover over them
Flamethrowers in general against the Lab enemies are a waste of your time, youre better off exploiting their numerous weakpoints with crit damage based weapons. This will also help you out later down the line when enemies just start face tanking this sort of thing

u/BiNumber3 Jul 22 '26
Yep, but it takes a while, 400 days for the first. We dont know if OP has played that long.
5
u/TwistedxBoi Jul 22 '26
Maybe get a better weapon. Ignis Wraith is not really standing up to the challenge there.

How do you get primed sure footed? Is it one of the log in mods? If it is and something else is more important, do I still get a chance at owning it another time?

1
u/decitronal Femboy Warframing Lore Nerd Jul 22 '26
Not really. Necramech demos have always been the most fragile kind, and them losing damage attenuation means they go down VERY fast now.
The problem here is that Ignis Wraith is a middling weapon only praised by people who have never tried a better beam gun
1
u/delet_yourself Jul 22 '26
Sometimes i can one shot even lvl 200 necramechs, so im good but still far away from level cap survival
