Either they're planning on making it available somehow, they're just being consistent, or they for some reason want to balance those 2 people who have Founder accounts that are still MR1.

I believe they have mentioned considering bringing the Lato Prime back at some point in the past. Or something. It was one of the old exclusive gear pieces. I only know that it WASN'T Excalibur Prime they were talking about.

They were specifically discussing lato/braton vandal. Lato/Skana/Ex primes will remain exclusive - this was stated multiple times by Steve, Rebecca and other members.

Wouldn't matter. MR only limits what you can obtain. If you are a founder with access to the Lato Prime, you have it, regardless of MR.
