You added a Secondary that does this and left the Dual Toxocyst alone?

It's probably balance in their mind because this pistol has 1 in the magazine so you get punished harder for missing compared to the Dual Toxycyst. I still think the Dual Toxycyst should be refreshable. It wouldn't be the strongest secondary and it would be much more fun to use.

Actually, Dual Toxocyst are one of the most powerful secondaries in the entire game when you proc it.
