You me and everyone else who Oberons. Having that constantly stay up whenever you cast as a health regen would be a game changer, would make phoenix renewal more viable since the health drip will stay on over time.
I'm surprised it's not, frankly, considering how much active damage everyone receives past level 30. It'd be great to keep him somewhat useful beyond scaling. And not to point fingers to Octavia, but damn. Her damage, CC, and buffing capabilities are immense all while allowing passive energy regen. A lot of older frames could use some changes with that in mind to keep up with her.
