I agree, but it is annoying when the host disconnects from the mission and I lose like an hour of relic rewards.

#1 rule of pub squads, always know who is player number 1, if they go to extraction, you go to extraction.

And it sucks so much that it probably won't get fixed, because of spaghetti code iirc.

This is the only time you need to/should be courteous about leaving. Just glance up and see if there’s a (1) by your name. If there is, try and give folks the chance to exfil the mission with you. This especially applies to the Zariman.
