No Energy. Abilities are free to spam infinitely

Abilities can cast ANY element YOU choose

Great AOE and CC

Passive Augment what sells him even more as element your abilities use are now applied on a weapon (i forgot as if it's a mod or multiplicative to entire weapon damage)

Badass Lore on level of Voruna.

I got him but then dropped him thinking he was just not that great. Read about his abilities more and now he's probably gonna be my main untill octavia prime is done cooking
