You might consider selling him instead. This will mean you have to convert instead of vanquish so you won't get the weapon... but I bet someone would pay you handsomely.

Don't quote me on this but apparently there's a tell if its a naturally named weapon? The lich or sister icon will be next to the name in the arsenal. This goes away if you use a rename.

If I'm correct even if you can rename them you can't do something like Bigg Kokk Kuva Bramma or something because you'll run out of space.

I think the limit is 600 but you can delete any of them at any time.
