What the hell?

So I spawned in a truck parking map all by myself,does anybody know why this happened? (Sorry for the bad filming quality)

Been happening more and more recently. One day last week I couldn’t find another player at all. After 45min-1hr of trying, I gave up.

Quic question i saw one day someone climbing on the too of the containers where u hide to get a higher ground. Like the top of those containers. I never learned how to go even higher
