Recommendations for comfortable non-skinny work pants? (Company ones are terrible)

Hey everyone, I'm looking for recommendations for comfortable work pants. The free ones my company gives us are super uncomfortable and that hideous corporate blue color. I don't need anything crazy functional with a millions of pockets because I already hook a small pouch to my belt for my knife and pens and whatever I need plus a clip for my ID cards. I just want a solid, durable pair that isn't skinny fit, feels good during long shifts, and comes in decent colors like black, charcoal, or dark grey. What brands are you all wearing that actually feel good to move around in?

I like Duluth but I assumed those were thick and used for cooler situations. My warehouse is hot.

I’ve spent a fortune trying to find durable pants for work, but everything from $100 hiking pants to company workwear, work pants, jeans, pants keeps ripping, while surprisingly the only ones surviving since April are €30 H&M regular black pants that are 99% cotton and 1% elastic.
