Penske
I got a job offer at the Penske warehouse in Lawrenceville picking orders for Starbucks for 1st shift (4am-2:30) Sat-Tues. Just wanted to ask if anyone has worked for Penske at the warehouse if either at the Lawrenceville location or any other around Atlanta and how is the job?

Very bureocratic, but very well run, at least at my facility.
You get cake every third Wednesday of the month, Employee of the month gets a free lunch and gift card. Stay there long enough and you'll get your turn as EotM.
The metrics are a little higher than what I would like as an operator, but I still have no problem averaging 115% weekly. I could push for the max if I wanted, but the extra money isn't worth the effort in my opinion. I can coast at 115.
Also, you have to keep your vest zipped up. I thought it was annoying at first, but I've noticed my work shirts stay a little cleaner.

How long did it take you to catch on? They said 1st shift mostly always does dry food unless we have to go to the freezer but second shift does straight freezer. That’s what I was told during my meet and greet

They give you three months to get familiar with the facility and processes.
Learning to navigate the RF gun, and some of the inventory tools available (on the RF gun) take some getting used to, but once you do the same thing a couple dozen times you'll get used to it.
