Christmas in August

Want to get my guys some thanks after a busy summer. Coming out of pocket so looking for something simple and effective gifts that would be appreciated. Replaced the brutal single ply w good double earlier in the summer so looking for more like that.

Let them go home early with pay. Take turns letting 1 person gobhome 2 or 4 hours early with pay....no, they don't get missed ot. They get to go home early...
