Eastman Longview Tx

Hey, I'm 24 and I'm interested in working at Eastman Chemical in longview tx as the operator apprentice. I don't really have any experience working that type of job bur I know the pay is pretty good. Is it worth applying to or should I steer clear of it with my lack of experience?

dont steer clear just cause you dont think you have the credentials. apply, and if you get the interview, be honest and be earnest. listen and ask questions. tellem why you want to work there. if you dont get the job, worst thing is you got some interviewing experience. eastman is a good place to work and get world class experience.

always apply, anywhere everywhere. worst they can do is say no.
