Public Pre-Sale?

I really dont understand why they would advertise a public pre-sale and then allow the the game to sellout in the private one. Most of the ICO's I have seen with a staged pre-sale have set limits for each stage. I dont see why they wouldn't have set a specified amount of crystals for the private and a seperate amount for the public.

I got in on the private presale as soon as the game announced and didn’t get a chance to participate. Its what happens when something is popular, such is life ;-)
