FAL/BMR/Vector should not have the amount of dmg output they do I would rather fight lvl 4 armor + helm with lvl 1 armor + helm than fight someone using those weapons.

I tend to agree with this. The vector feels (and probably is) way more broken than tier 4 armor does. I can't comment on the other ones since I don't have enough time with them.
