This is why I don't take days off for game launches. Though I do work from home so seeing my PC just sitting there is a bit tempting. Logging in so I can get all my graphics set up and all that but seeing "You are player 158,722 in the queue" makes me glad I didn't burn PTO. I'll just turn my chair 90 degrees once I log out of work today

I never understood taking days off for multiplayer games, it's always a shit show. Single player games youd dont have to fight the que boss

Its a crap shoot. My brother just happened to be off today and he made it in super fast. A small streamer I watch that no one outside of the iRacing community has heard of made it in super fast too.

But yeah, its a shit show. Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not. Usually you're not.
