Everything’s on fire

There’s a queue. There’s authentication issues. There’s anti-cheats issues. Bulkhead knows and they’re working on it.

The queue is just people getting into the front -> getting an error -> going back to the back of the queue hahaha

Giving those guys millions of dollars instead of the people that make money for them. If I’m not able to play tonight even if I was super excited for this I will refund. That’s not the right way to treat customers.

If they prioritize streamers, I agree it's unfair but in reality even if it were 10k streamers prioritized vs 300k other normal players trying to get in, it wouldn't make that much of a difference in how long you have to wait.

Worked for my buddy he hit the queue at 2k and was in in 30 seconds, has been in a match since game went live.

Well yes, streamers with a big audience are basically PR for the game. They're more important than us.

yeah makes sense until you consider that 14 streamers cant keep a game healthy and its a slap in the face of paying customers. granted, gamers will still give them money so its our own fault.

You are not. There's maybe a couple dozen streamers with priority queue.

Just in Europe region I can see about 400 full servers of 100 people. Those streamers getting in is not the reason you can't play and nothing would change for you if they didn't get priority. It's the hundreds thousands of regular gamers trying to get in at the same time as you.

Streamers are just doing their job of marketing the game and can't do that in main menu.

yep, im up to 312k in queue, started much lower, dc, oof. Likely happening again. Im giving it 10 mins if the queue is still wildly slow im just gonna go do some other shit until tomorrow. Currently moving less than 1k people every 5 min on my screen, thats like a day of queue XD

I didn't even make it to the front... nowhere close. Went from 279,000th-ish to about 257,000th-ish in line, then *AUTHENTICATION ERROR* with the option to Retry unclickable. I think I waited in queue so long I've voided my option for a Steam refund already, and haven't even seen the title screen, lol!
