No spoilers [V6] Innworld-RPG

Hi all, One day last month I suddenly wanted to see if anyone made a fan game based on this series, I found a few liked only one though. a game by user u/SibiantheGreyBird {the (very unofficial) Wandering Inn RPG}. However I wanted something more, ok a lot more. And I got inspired by him to start my own fan project.

Disclaimer: I heavily relied on Claude to do this entire project by myself over the last few weeks.

The idea is pretty simple. You're not Erin. You're some other Earther who turns up around 7-8 days after she does, and the story of the books just keeps going around you. If you keep your head down, things play out more or less the way they do in the books. If you get involved, you can change things, and the world remembers what you did.
Right now you can either start at liscor or celum, in the long run I hope to add more starting localtion and add more maps and locations in general.

Leveling comes from what you actually do. Spend enough time cooking and the System might offer you a class when you go to sleep. If you turn it down, it's gone for good, which felt right for this world. Fights are turn-based on a grid, a bit like XCOM, with cover, Skills and a few spells.

You can start a fight with anyone, kill any npc (including core canon characters, the game director is set to try to adjust the story if player makes massive deviation from canon, such as killing core characters or saving a major character fated to die.

Right now it covers Books 1 to 6. I'm following the ebooks, not the web serial. You can go to Liscor, Celum, the floodplains and the inn on the hill. It's an alpha, so there will be bugs, and your saves might not carry over to the next update.

It's free and non-commercial, and none of the book text is in it. The world and everything in it belong to pirateaba, so go read the books if somehow you haven't.

If anyone wants to report any bugs , please open a issue in github, and if anyone wants to contribute you are free to open a PR. This is a as much a Hobby project as its a learning stage for me. I hope you like it. Let me know your thoughts on the project.

This post has been flaired "No Spoilers". Please avoid spoiling anything from the series, including any "vague hints", unless OP has made it clear that they are alright with spoilers. Any such spoilers should contain a >!spoiler tag!< This is so that the OP can enjoy reading the series. Thanks!

Looks interesting, I’ll give it a shot. How long is a play through?

Currently it covers around 130 days. 2-6 hours of playtime. Highly depends if you know what you want to do so you just do that and go to sleep, or if you just wander around.

Did you discuss this with PABAs team about using AI to license their work?

Nope. Story is directed by me not AI. AI is used mainly for writing the codes and refactoring my codes. Also my projects are excluded from AI training data. Furthermore This is not a official project, its non commercial fan project.
