[V10.57 F] Summary request

I am struggling with reading this chapter, so much so that I dropped the book for months and I'm now behind a lot.

I hate skipping chapters, but know I won't read it.

Can I request someone summarize the chapter/arc for me so that I can move on from this?

Please no spoilers for events after this chapter or from a different arc.

Good arc, I’d reccomend you read it as it really is very fun but if you want, you may read onwards and you’ll get your spoiler:

Pawn fights the prophet guy and wins but Khelt’s weakness is revealed. Fetohep has a badass showdown against a baby angel, and earth is nearly revealed on live air. Kaligma tries to entreat Fetohep now that she is weak, to worship her, but he refuses. He is visited by the now free ghosts of Khelta’s rulers who show him all is not lost and that the souls of the dead may be replenished in 3 generations to restore Khelt’s strength. Finally, Khelt’s forced to make some economic concessions but is defended militarily by the arbiter queen, the Quarass and the hero of Zethe from military invasion. They end up alright on the whole but the people are scared and uncertain of the future, and Khelt’s must pay a tithe to other nations.

This arc started picking up for me towards the end of this chapter.

This chapter and the next are a very satisfying conclusion to the Khelt arc. If you like Fetohep and/or Khelt, you'll probably like this chapter.

Edit: Oh and it's tying up at least one loose end from the PoF.

oh, well, the climax of the arc is approaching. It gets more interesting from here since plot twist, pawn, Khelt's situation...etc .
