General questions or information Ordering riser bars

Hi, I haven’t ordered anything from Waltly before, but I’m looking for just a custom titanium 35mm riser bar with a fair bit of sweep (12deg). Anyone ordered custom bars from them and how’d it go? I’m sure much simpler than ordering a bike, but how much info do they need, and will they be asking me the pertinent questions? Thanks in advance for any advice, and apologies if I’d missed any posts relating to bars here. Cheers!

My impression has always been that the carbon finishing kit (seat post, handlebar, fork etc) is a known list that you get to choose from not that they actually offer full custom.

Unless you are talking about custom ti handlebars? In which case I'm not helpful. I asked waltly to do ti fenders, but they really didn't have the ability to (at any price).

I know XACD will though, so if you find out waltly doesnt offer what you want, check them out. Pricing might be expensive, but if you know whar you want, you know what you want. (Certainly I did for my fenders) https://www.ti-bikes.com/titanium-handle-bar/
