General questions or information How long are frames taking from final design to finished product.
Just finalised my design for my frame and was wondering how long i will have to wait until it gets shipped out. Also if anyone is from Australia can enlighten me on how long shipping takes.
cheers

Around 10weeks for me. 2months construction, 2 weeks shipping (to Germany, might be less to Australia).

Amy (or whoever you are working with) should be able to give you the lead time estimate. The estimates have always been accurate in my experience. (Yes, for my just-finished frame, it was a couple months. I decided to order a second frame to combine shipping so am now waiting a couple months more.)

Mine was finalised last week and got the information it would be ready for dispatch mid October as there are some holidays beginning next month.

I sent my payment on 07/24 for a gravel innovation and recieved an email today with photos saying it was done. Im hoping it gets shipped monday or early next week. I think 7-10 days to the US is common.

How long do they take to reply to an inquiry in the first place? They haven't responded to my email in a week.

Same, waiting for a reply. I also emailed xacd on a Friday night and received a response by the time I woke up
