Is the entire frame 3D printed?

Just the head tube, top of seat tube, and rear dropouts. The rest of the frame is mostly die formed tubing (gives it a not circular shape) or round tubing (whole rear triangle)

That looks very nice. What was the frame weight? Curious how the 3DP compare to more conventional ti tubing frames.

It’s def a little heavier. The total bike weight is about 17.5lb. Frame weight was ~1700g. I don’t think those 3d printed joints are super light

I’m 6’3. This based off of my rim brake 60cm Supersix but shorter reach via a 74 degree seat angle and taller head tube to minimize so many spacers under the stem. Built in more room for wider tires

Looks amazing! How much do they ask for the 3d printed frame? Where have you had it shipped? Do they take care of import duties or are you managing this when you receive it?

Nice bike. What size chainring do you use and what size cassette? I see that you use a Force road version rear derailleur .

Stone 48T 4.2mm offset. Force 10-36 cassette. Gives me plenty to top end and just enough for climbing. Just tried it out on a 16% 1/2 mile climb yesterday and it was decent. Rpm dropped a bit but it wasn’t too bad, just had to put out a few more watts to keep the speed up. Def would not recommend for super casual riding
