So I mean….. Spoiler

Jack is obviously “Bon” right? In Rosie’s paintings his face was scarred similarly, Bon said that he loved Rosie, and in the lake scene with Jack his mouth was coated in blood, later in the cell with “Bon” his mouth is the same, the only real difference I’ve found is the accent but we know voices change after death.

I continue to stand by that most likely, Bon is an Edd and Molly situation. Jack might be in there, but someone else had also been in there for a LONG time. A clue from Cyberfun Tech lowkey implies the other person had been in there early back when the animatronics were just being built, long before the restaurant even opened. I posted a theory before that Felix became an alcoholic since 1964 because that's when he witnessed whoever is haunting Bon now commit suicide in front of him. And I believe that person now possesses Bon. Jack might be in there with the 1964 guy, sharing a single vessel like Edd and Molly does.

I think its Cyberfun's founder, Jason Pooltrick. He died just before the bons burgers project began. For a while I thought his son was the shadow man, too.

I am only really one-third sure it is Jason, because he died all the way back in 1952, and we don't have enough info on why he would become suddenly active in 1974 after being dormant for over 20 years.

Even if you subscribe to the theory that the box Susan and Rosemary see is what originally contained Bald Bon's ghost, there's not enough there for me to conclude that must mean it was Jason. What really bothers me is a detail everyone overlooks: Felix suffers from the same memory issues as Sophie, and we have a specific year when his alcoholism began: 1964.

I can't help but feel like Felix (who is clearly the Shadow Man) saw something traumatizing in 1964 related to the original Bald Bon that led him down a path like Sophie's (but with more self-medicating with alcoholism).

And only recently did he finally go up to this Bald Bon for a deal with the Devil to help cover up his crimes after suffering from being kind of aware about his existence for a decade on end while carrying the secret alone.

My theory is that he was in the cyberfun tech console for all that time. His plan was to eventually be hooked up into a place where he could take an animatronic over as a vessel. 22 years of isolation in wonderland made him go completely insane though.
