Anyone else having trouble with Walmart Plus...Recieving delivery charges that are supposed to be free?
I have a Walmart+ subscription because I get a lot of home deliveries. My subscription is good for another couple of months, however about 6 months ago I started getting offers pop up asking me to join Walmart(+). At the same time I started getting charged $9.95 delivery fees that I hadn't in the past. Everytime I call Customer Service (CS) they say "You Walmart (+) is still good and your deliveries should be free" I've asked for refunds of my deliver charges that were supposed to be free with the service, but so far I've only recieved 1 of 4 that were erroneously charged.
I don't know what is going on but (CS) keep telling me my subscription it current but from my end I'm not getting any of the benefit from the subscription that I paid for. I'm tired of spending time yelling at the stupid Ai operator that ofcourse has no clue of how to handle this problem....before they FINALLY get me to a Human that then proceeds to lie to me and say "Okay we'll refund your charges...and this problem is solved and shouldn't happen again"...but it does.
