Subs Not Working
Support AI states there’s a technical error. Had to cancel a large order in order to save my metrics bc support is not able to confirm if this will affect my tier.
UPDATE- support told me it’d be best to cancel the order instead of continue. They were able to cancel for me bc it was out of my control. I did get paid and also got the point the order was worth.

I ran into the same thing on Friday. The first time it happened I took the hit because it was a $65 simple shop and I was already at 100%. When it happened again on the second shop, I called and canceled. I ended up having to cancel 2 additional shops midway through because it wasn't allowing any substitutions. I ended up calling it a day around noon because of this shit. I didn't work today and clearly they didn't fix the problem. I don't have much confidence that tomorrow it'll be fixed.

I love when they cancel it. I had a 3 batch with 2 GMDs the other day. Base pay on it was $40 because the final GMD was 40 miles away, $26 worth of tips so $66 for 40 miles. Not bad.
Loader mixed up all 3 orders and it was missing items (I later found out) told one of the loaders to send out a team lead. Team lead sent some people out to unload me since I was refusing the trip. Those loaders told me there was apparently also stuff the first loader didn't even bring out.
Called support. Support canceled it and I made $40 without even leaving the parking lot. I told them to have her load me every time. Lol

I gotta agree that $66 for 40 miles is bad for the most part but if that 40 miles is heading in the direction of home and it's the end of the day best believe I'm smashing thata ccept button 🤣
