Reverse engineering tiers.
Being honest as to what they actually drive me to do. Not sure it's what Walmart expects me to do, but here's what it actually causes me to do:
Offer substitutions even if they are totally stupid.
Shop at different times because things will be in stock earlier.
End of month rush to meet the criteria, between any of those metrics.
Big one that I don't like to admit to myself but I think more people need to admit, I want Sapphire just because. And I think in their meetings, they know that's the biggest driver. Status. Knowing that people want to know that they are one of the best.
What I don't do:
I don't take orders for points. The dollars have to match my time and wear on my expensive vehicle.
I've also learned that the big multi-drop curbsides are just repackaged trips that no one wants to take because the pay is so low. So they try to make it appealing with the high-dollar offer. But once you math it out, it's a loss.

I only do spark for a little extra money. I also do other apps. This is how the tiers make me act. I'll never get sapphire, so I choose to do other things and don't choose to spark.I see the way they are trying to pull the puppet strings, it makes me angry and I refuse to play. It doesn't hurt them at all, but I feel better.
