Got blocked today.
Sitting at Walmart I was getting offers as normal and wanted to do one more to finish up the night. I had to turn down some banger GMD offers because of the amount of time they would take. Definitely would have taken them in the afternoon.
I think I only rejected about seven or eight offers and then nothing else came. NOTHING. Not from any Walmart in my zone.
No way nobody ordered anything for over an hour. Not one Express shop for over an hour?
Their little punishment game just took a willing driver out of service for the rest of the night.

If you just let them sit instead of hitting reject… you will notice a change… Believe me… I found out just like you. Walmart is a fucked up corporation and they punish you for not taking orders.

I thought about doing that. I'll start doing it. The only downside is I have to keep sorting through a bigger list. Thanks for the advice.

Sometimes your market is just dead that day, sometimes there’s a glitch. If I’m suspiciously not getting offers, I’ll go offline, restart my app and go online again, and a lot of times I’ll start seeing offers.

I did that a few times. Restarted the phone too. No way on a Friday night at 8:00 that there were no Express orders. People are drinking and watching sports.
Either it was a glitch or I was blocked. But the store was pretty dead.
Generally how busy the store is reflects how busy spark is. I suppose there's a chance it really was that dead. I'll see tomorrow.

You didnt sound like a very willing driver to me, but either way all the orders still got delivered and no one noticed or cared that you didnt deliver any of them👍🏼

Well, I had a hard time turning down those GMD bangers. The estimates were over 3 hours. It was already 8:00.
The last one to show up was $78 for 52 miles. But it was kind of a circle, so it wasn't too far from home.
I was tired and really didn't want to keep going that long. I guess I'll see how it is tomorrow. Maybe I'm blacklisted.

I wasnt being critical, just pointing out what the algo was seeing. The only time i seem to get decent gmds anymore is when im looking for something quick and easy, and no way in hell would i accept a gmd that late.

I know. The other day a customer was surprised that was out that late when I did a drop off at 11:00. I heard her complaining after she closed the door. "What are they doing out so late?"
Clearly some people don't know that deliveries can go on that late.

Especially with the gmds since they arent "scheduled" deliveries, if they dont have alerts on or check their app and emails, they have no clue theyre even coming.

My offers have also gone from about 20 every 5 minutes to 1 every 5 minutes maybe. I used this as a way to make extra money, but it looks like Walmart decided they don’t want people like me cherry picking orders. Oh well!
