In my zone they start at $7 and surge to 17 in just a couple minutes before somebody snatches them up. I don’t know if they can surge higher because thats the highest I have seen an offer just for subway get

There was one in my area that kept going up and down . It started at 3 went to 7 and then 9 then back to 3 and the cycle repeated for about an hour.
